#23 I don't have much to say today. (04/11/12)

From my major increase after Easter weekend, I'm down 1kg. So the balance should be, hopefully the flux of morning versus evening weigh-ins.  That is good news.  Maybe tonight I will be down a bit more.  End result I'm looking for is on Saturday morning.  The official weigh-in and that is when I will record the gain/loss. 
The down side right now is my wife hasn't lost anything and she is losing motivation to eating healthy.  She was always more muscular than me, and I hope that her muscles are just waking up sort of thing.  But I really hope she starts to lose soon as she will be more of a challenge if not.
